I had a simple answer for them: conservatives are great at starting fights they don't have to fight in. Dick Cheney, George Bush, Karl Rove, Bill Bennett, John Ashcroft, Newt Gingrich, Trent Lott, Bill Frist, Tom Delay, Rush Limbaugh... each one of them found something better to do than fight their generation's war... So the cowards aren't the people that won't publish the cartoons, the cowards are those that will publish them, but won't take up arms to defend their own positions... instead, they ask others to do the dirty, dangerous work. So what did Mr. Prager come up with? Oh, that old stand by... the Abu Grahb pictures... they were the real culprits - publishing those pictures is what made the Muslims angry at us. Not the behaviour... God no... So, Mr. Prager... Now it's ok to publish pointless cartoons that are linked to real quantifiable deaths, but it wasn't ok to publish the Abu Grahb pictures - which, as far as I know, never caused any riots or killings? Anyway... Prager was successful in deflecting the subject. I tried to bring him back around, but he had already cut me off...
