Listen to him for five minutes and you're sure to hear something he pulled out of thin air (or perhaps from a place where the air isn't so thin). Bring this to the attention of station management, and their response is "but he gets great ratings." He often skirts with slander--he compared one anti-war college professor to another one who was charged with aiding terrorists (who has since been acquitted, if I recall correctly). He denied on air that Ann Coulter has advocated violence against liberals. He has said that the cops killing of un-armed people is a good thing. Perhaps it's because they're African-American. By the way, he and other race-baiters like O'Reilly and Michael Savage appear on a station owned by Paul Allen, who also owns Portland's NBA team. Perhaps the team is going in the toilet because their games are heard on a hate-radio station. Lars is neither fair nor fun.
