Putin, whose eyes he looked into and saw his soul, (of all the crap I ever read from a Prez, that's gotta be the winner). You would feel right at home with gangster gubmint and no civil rights to speak of. Everything is black and white there and you should be right comfortable. Wages have increased over the past couple of years, but not at a fast enough rate to offset the rise of inflation. So is a "modest rate" 2%? 3%?
