Worse than failures, they're corrupt despicable thieves who continue to raid the sinking ship to fill thier own pockets. Throwing them out is far too lenient. Unless of course 'out' means out into a burning pit of the oil they've killed thousands for. Ghengis Kahn was civilized compared to the trash running/ruining this country.
