On Sunday, related to the Duke incident, he described an incident he witnessed as President of his Frat at the University of Florida, where a young woman set up several Frats on Campus. Possibly relevant, arguably less than appropriate for Easter Sunday, however, egregiously stupid in that he mentioned the young lady's name, which constitutes defamation per se in NY. Possibly, truth is a defense, but it was dumb.
