Well done Mike. Might try to work in the fact that real wages are down. Ask him why people of all political stripes aren't giving him credit for the wonderful economy? The soldier pay tack was right on the money. I love listening to Sean's arteries hardening when you spike his blood pressure.

And might want to remark that he is rather "liberal" with his personal invective. That would sting.

The above comments about borrowing is another great point. This president has borrowed more money than all other presidents before him *combined*.

to go along with anonymous at the top- you dont cut taxes at the same time as you're increasing spending, and at the same time starting incredibly expensive wars (iraq projected to cost between 1-2 trillion). especially when you're currently in the middle of the largest deficit ever. its not "tax and spend" its "borrow and spend".

Well, maybe there is (at last) progress in Iraq. I have to hope this will work out, given the young (and not-so-young) Americans killed and maimed. These people's sacrifice should not be in vain. On the other hand, if in the next few months it continues to be clear that there is no good result to be had, we need to have the courage to walk away.

Oh wait we all pay property taxes - i'm dumb. I meant things like setting up mailboxes in Bermuda to avoid taxes.
I wish Sean said home ownership is up. That is a crock of shit. Bank ownership is up. All these families taking out risky interest-only loans are screwed.
