Freedom

That’s what this is about.

Freedom begins with freedom of speech.  Without unfettered avenues of communication, politics dies a quick death…

Why do you think American politics took a decided turn toward the corporatist from 1950 forward?  Answer:  television, a large scale medium with high barriers to entry, was successful in limiting political speech. 

We find ourselves trailblazing a new political communications medium in which ideas gain credence according to their merits instead of the size of the megaphone they are routed through.  The internet has spawned a whole slew of new and important voices - and it’s given them outlet to millions of people interested in hearing opinions that don’t belong to Joe Klein and Tim Russert.
