As far as Gibson, he really is not nearly as pathological as Hannity and really beating him to submission, when the facts are on your (our) side is not difficult. Hannity and Limbaugh, however, can prattle on endlessly, without you being able to respond, and in the process distrot and twist the facts, leaving anyone on the defensive from their inaccurate but effective talking points. Again, the ability to process these distortions and rebut them quickly without these wingnuts getting you dragged OT is the key to beating them in any discussion in my opinion. This one was easy. He's not that bright. Hanity and this Tammy bitch are among the real toughies. They're despicable, but they know what they're doing. Heck, Franken interviewed Hannity and struggled with him. They do an excellent job of keeping the ball on YOUR side of the net. It's a sales tactic that lends itself well to "debate," if what passes for right wing radio chat can be called that. There are techniques to counter this... We've got to get some sales guys to chime in here and tell us how to handle it...
