Russert snowballs Hannity

Looks like Hannity’s got a new love interest…  This is Pumpkinhead’s second appearance on Hannity’s show in as many weeks.  Looks to me like it might be the case that since Holy Joe can’t suck Hannity’s ass anymore, Russert’s stepped up…  Because, you know, Hannity always likes to have a “moderate” on his show willing to disparage Democrats and legitimize the wingnut agenda…

Especially disturbing is Russert’s view on Iraq.  Folks, somethings going down and the media is already in the tank.

Two appearances in two weeks. I have to wonder if there is some threat of a shake-up at NBC and Russert if vying for a position at Fox News. I know that Russert was good friends with Rick Kaplan, the (ultra conservative) president of MSNBC who recently got sacked. Even though Russert’s shows are on NBC and CNBC, I wonder if MSNBC’s new president has issues with Russert and has taken those concerns to the top brass at NBC and GE (the parent company of all the NBC networks). I’d be surprised because I thought Meet the Press does fairly well ratings wise (for Sunday morning TV).

At least Russert brought up the 9/11 victims who supported President Bush in 2004. Too bad none of his collegues actually mentioned those people during their conversations with Ann Coulter.

I watched Imus this morning..I know I know he’s a bigoted sack of shit.. however you hear things ..gossip ..that you don’t normally hear on shows. Today I learned that Dan Abrams is the new GM..Wow..things are going to change big time..he can’t stand people like Rita Cosby ha ha, also he was talking to someone about Russert going on ANY show that would have him, local, low rated anything to SELL his book..so my conclusion ..It’s all about the $$ .what else.

Good point, kat, I forgot about Russert’s book. However, if he’ll go on any talk show, why doesn’t he appear on Franken’s show or Bill Press’s show? These guys have both appeared quite frequently on Russert’s CNBC show.

Dan Abrams is the new prez at MSNBC. From what I hear, he is pro-Olbermann and Matthews and anti-Cosby and Carlson. Don’t know where he stands on Scarborough. (Hopefully it’s on his neck.)
