the "value" being taught is that the democratic party is good. they arent trying to convince kids that safety, education, and etc are good things. they assume kids already believe these are good things, and they go from there to draw connections between them, the childs mother, and the democratic party. you love your mother dont you? you should really love hillary clinton too. its disturbingly manipulative.

i looked at the sample pages, and the first one describes a value that most democrats dont agree with (that the government should force citizens to share their toys, unless this is a convoluted way of hinting at taxation), and the other two describe "values" that everyone agrees with. the book has no substance other than cynical manipulation of little kids, creating loose associations in the childs mind between its mother, safety (etc), and the democratic party.

perhaps you realize this, but support it anyways because you also associate the democratic party with good things.

the democratic party has the potential to be the most powerful organization in the world, and should therefore be treated with suspicion, not blind adoration.

All I get is a link to "Why Mommy is a Democrat". Do you have a link that would send me there and refer back here, so you get credit?
