Always behind

The more I blog, the less in control of my world I feel.  There is just so much going on!

Today I wanted to get y’all started - especially those of you from Connecticut - on calling talk radio in CT to support Ned Lamont’s campaign.  We’ll get to that, but first we need to knock down one other pressing concern.

I’m not going to write about it because others that are so much more qualified than I am already have.  Glenn Greenwald is on top of Spectors’ proposed King-Making legislation here.  Christy hits it here.  Go do what they say.  First.  Before you read further.  Now!  Go!

OK, I trust you just returned from calling your Senators.  Now we’ve got another mission - this one will last about two weeks.  It is especially important for those of you living in or near Connecticut.

I’ve been in touch with the Ned Lamont campaign.  They got me a list of radio stations, hosts and call-in numbers that we can use to call in to support Ned Lamont.

Why is this important?

Well, every time you get on the ir to talk to a host about Ned, you are pretty much donating free commercial time, only better.  People tune in to these shows to listen to the show - they dial away from commercials.  and after the third time hearing a commercial, what good is it?  You aren’t learning anything new about the candidate…  So when these shows get calls from real people with real opinions, it is a refreshing way for people to hear about an exciting candidate.  Here’s the list:

Lieberman looks and sounds just like Senator Palpatine from the new Star Wars movies. People have noticed this right? Someone’s got to put together a clip where they superimpose the two or something.

Mike: I’m guessing you probably record this, but the very first Hour of Hannity mentioned you (not by name of course) and how you were looking to spoil the concert. He of course lied about how you got credentials. I wish I had recorded it for you but I was away from the computer. Sorry.
Of course he positioned it and you for his audience so that he was the victim and you the bully.
