If that was true, then why would they promote the African American Republican Leadership Council? Their webpage (http://www.aarlc.org) states their mission is: “to break the liberal democrat stranglehold over Black America by directing the only national campaign to raise and increase African Americans support for common sense Reaganite Republican public policies and candidates.” And, what prominent African American Republicans can you find on the AARLC Advisory Panel? Why, prominent African American Republicans like Sean Hannity, Grover Norquist, Gary Bauer, Paul Weyrich, Steve Baldwin, Stephen Moore, Rev. Lou Sheldon and Kenneth Timmerman? (For those of you who don’t understand sarcasm, Hannity, Norquist, Bauer, Weyrich, Baldwin, Moore, Sheldon and Timmerman are all white.) In fact, out of the 14 people who are listed on the “advisory panel”, 12 are white. Isn’t it a shame that neo-cons like Hannity can’t even find racial shills to sit on the board of their sham racial shill organization?
