Hannity Doesn’t Like Me… (no, really!)

I still remember listening to Hannity on my way home from Baltimore and thinking to myself “Holy shit! Holy Joe just stepped in it! I can’t wait to get this up!” The “Hannity-Lieberman love-fest” post was one of the first to blow up my server (the one I had then) and I’m happy as hell it became an issue in Joe’s campaign.
(While I’m here, I have to shout out to John over at Crooks & Liars - without his help, that clip would have most likely died with my server. He hosted it for me and that’s where it really took off.
One more thing about John - any aspiring bloggers out there need to know that he’s one of the best people in the blogoverse. When I was tiny, he reached out to me and gave me all sorts of valuable advice. without him, I never would have been able to grow from tiny to middlin’.)
Anyway, I’m not even drunk and I’m rambling.
So Hannity talked about the Salon piece (he’s all over the Lieberman race lately - and he promises to have something interesting to say about it on Wednesday). Since I was referenced in the article, I called in under my own name. As luck would have it, Lieberman had just gotten done on the Ed Schultz Show talking about his feelings that Rumsfeld is incompetent and should resign.
A later caller talked about RINO’s and the need to purge their own party. I thought Hannity’s basic agreement/non-response was interesting.
I notice Seaney didn’t stick “Republicans” in that little rant,other than his mention of “red states”.
I guess we know who he endorses as the one deviding the country.
Stupid prick.
It’s going to be so good to get these pukes out. I’ve got some vote drive stuff to get going this week,and hopefully we can get some changes here in this Republican honey-hole where I live.
What Hannity doesn’t understand (or doesn’t want to) is that Democrats aren’t unhappy with Lieberman because he’s “able to be civil towards Republicans,” or even because he supports the war in Iraq. (You made this last point very effectively by pointing out the comparison with Hillary.)
No, the real reason that Democrats are unhappy with Lieberman (and the reason Bush and so many Republicans like him) is that he’s a textbook neoconservative. It’s really that simple.
On the most important issues facing Americans today, the battle lines aren’t “liberal” vs. “conservative.” They’re “neoconservative warmongers” vs. “everybody else.” Guess which side the Democrats want to be on this November?

I really abhor these media creations.. If Hannity was not so polished and put aginst someone like Colmes who looks like his mother screwed a fish hannity would be another blogger on Townhall.. It really is. My God, Sean Hannity is 3rd next to Ann Coulter and Michelle Malkin in the hate politics vitriol speak. I am immensely surprised at his approval at letting Mike on the air and for that I must give him a nod but when I watch him on H&C each weeknight he’s a verbal bully (I always note verbal when it comes to neocons because they don’t have physical attributes or prowess to back up their abuse). Liberal guests can’t get a sentence in before he points his finger at them and calls them names.

Great job Mike. Another thing you might want to bring up is how Hannity criticizes Democrats for not have a completely united stance on removing troops from Iraq. Also, I find it amazing how Sean and others in the media portray Lamont as an extremist with non-mainstream views on the war. They ignore how public opinion has shifted on Bush’s handling of the war.

Yep. It’s time we stopped calling pussies like Hannity “conservatives” or even “republicans”. If they act like Radical Authoritarians, label them as such.

You can’t fight these people with logic and reason. You attack them and everything they stand for with overwhelming force. Hannity is dangerous in that he actually believes he is the character he portrays. Like or hate (m)ann Coulter, it is easy to recognize that (s)he is playing a character, and it is easy to recognize that (s)he is aware (s)he is playing a character.
Hannity, however, actually BELIEVES the things he spouts, and pays no mind to being called out for being selective in facts, quoting, context, etc. It takes a true full-blown mental disorder to delude yourself so thoroughly that you forget what is a lie and what is truth.
In short, Sean actually believes he is a “great American” for fomenting hate of better than half of his contrymen.
Unfortunately, Sean is headed for a classic mental breakdown of O’Lielian proportions.
O’Liely has currently hit the second phase of the mental disorder…paranoia. He honestly believes that there are people out there how are actively out to destroy him and cause him personal harm. The poor man is currently little more than three jars of his own urine and a kleenex box on each foot away from the “Howard Hughes” end of the wierd-o-meter scale…..However, it is kind of fun to just sit back and wait for the trainwreck to happen with full knowledge that it is on the way.
Either way, it scares me to think just how much influence hate-mongers like Sean and “The Head” carry in the shallow end of the American gene pool. Faux Snooze recognizes tyheir power and tailors their message right at the knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing demographic.
Need proof? Here’s a fun exercise…..Watch “Fox and Friends” for 20 minutes (if you can go that long without burpung a little upchuck into the back of your mouth, that is) and then watch 20 minutes of “Barney and Friends”. Same format, similar premise…lots of jangly glittery graphics and logo stingers.
I think the Faux “Breaking News” logo stinger is a perfect example of this theory…the Faux “Breaking News” logo stinger is the general equivalent of jingling a set of car keys in front of a toddler or a puppy. When you jingle keys in front of a toddler or a puppy, they immediately stop whatever they are doing and stare directly at you….The shiny object and jingly noise holds their minimal attention span like a carnival hyptnotist.
For fun, try this same experiment with a neo-con koolaid swiller who is watching Faux…whenever the “Breaking News” logo stinger goes off, they tilt their head, swivel their neck to the screen, and adopt the same dead-eye blank stare that a dummer-than-a-box-of-rocks labrador puppy adopts when you jingle your keys…you have their undivided attention until something shinier and jinglier wrenches it away….If the “breaking news” involves John Kerry or either of the Clintons, they occasionally start to drool too.

I was asking this question in general, it has nothing to do with anyone in particular only that to me if I witness something, and another person switches around the basic facts it really wrinkles me especially if I had the incident on DVD!
I would ask how can a person contradict a visual witness or if I had a verbatim talk on a CD and another person said it was different than what one really said, even thought I had a recording to testify!
How are people able to deny so easy is there no conscience in that body?
Is there contempt for people that do have core values?
Hannity is a truly dispicable person.
The irony is that once in a while, he actually says something that I agree with, but it quickly loses my support by pitting the republicans against the enemy of America that he calls liberal democrats.

As far as labels and name calling go I’ve observed blogs on both sides of the spectrum and neither seems to hold a momopoly on vitriol. I’m not saying I’m Rodney King with can’t we all just get along being my motto but both sides need to take an honest look at themselves. I am hard pressed to find these so called uniters while observing people decry others as dividers. A person who disagrees with you isn’t a bitch,mouth breather,nose picker,knuckle dragger , or any of the other nonsense I’ve read. They are just people who disagree and arguements should be treated seriously unless the person is completely off the wall with insane proposals for what is a serious issue ie. if their solution to terrorism is to nuke the entire Mid East and all residing there.

I sure wasn’t going to vote for Nixon I was really programmed to despised him so much that is when I lived near Wayne State University Campus and was listening to the Marxist spin for a while I was really angered by our government I felt betrayed.
I am so thankful I did my own home work and read all kinds of stuff from every angle
I had a benchmark and from that benchmark if it lived up to those qualities I would put it on the good side, if it didn’t I would remove it!
It took a good 18 years of my life search to know that I and many others were being hoodwinked by lies and distortions.
I truly think I left no stone unturned I had to know for sure beyond a doubt!

In my day learning disabilities was not recognized so sorry for my ruff edges!
I use spell check but is is part audio and visual and some times spell check will changes to a different word altogather.
If I spoke on a one on one, no one would really know I had a disablitilty!
To write is a quite a process I have to use spell check and a dictionary to make sure I am using the right word.

My quest is to understand how so much could be ignored, dismissed, compartmentalized, do have core values and if so what is or just an Ideology?
What comes first in your life Ideology over everything else?
Some will have Ideology in the name of country, but it seems like many in the Global realm, are marching to the same Ideology?
Where did this Ideology come from?
It seems down through history it has had a life under different titles, which was not that friendly to mankind in general!
Does character have a place in today world such as honor and integrity,loyalty etc.
What is todays goal, to over throw the Republic for some sophisticated Feudalism?
How many really know and understand the many kinds of governments or dictatorship that have failed or was weaken within by enemies to replace with something that was worst than what people had!
How many know the true reason for the French Revolution and that it was by deception.
For in the major cities folks were starving for lack of food but there was abundance in the heartland and the major players prevented the delieveries so people would get angry and feel betrayed by their government to incite enought for an Army because the “they” wanted to over throw the country so the “they” could employ in Socialism.
