Mike,

Very much enjoy your posts and appreciate your work.

I know you have had some problems with your site lately but am surprised at the limited number of comments.

Just before your site went down there were some fantastic threads.

I hope they return.

boy, does she want to keep her job or what??

i heard a very funny story about lufa boy today on ktlk....

mark germaine, who used to be known as mr kabc (the los angeles stattion that carries lufa boys radios show) now works at ktlk

he told a story of when lufa boy did his show live from the kabc studios...apparently the lufa one didnt think the croissants were fresh enough, so he demanded that the studio have the same bev hills french bakery immediatly make him a batch fresh, and messenger them to the station....

remember, this is a guy who purports to be just like every other american

continuing on, after this appearance, lufa boy had an appearance in orange county...the studio offered him a limo...but god forbid that lufa boy sit in la traffic....he demanded a helicopter

this man must be hell to work with

i cant wait for the stories about larry elder

I'm glad that you listen to these radio shows so that I don't have to. Before that clip, the only thing I had ever heard Lis Wiehl say was,

"Or Else"

Al Franken used to play a clip where O'Reilly claimed to have seen action. A caller ( perhaps you, Mike? ) challenged him on it later in the show causing O'Reilly to lose bowel control. But before that gem, the exchange went something like:

O'Reilly: If my unit got a prisoner, and I know he has some information, and it's him or me, I'm just saying, he better tell me what I need to know.

Wiehl: Or Else!

I recall Al Franken's co-host, Katherine Lanpher, saying that she hoped that she wasn't as lame as that.

It made me giggle, as does "Faloofa".

Good work.
