		<description>I don't know if the USA 'scandal' has anything behind it, Mike. You are correct to note that there would be something if administration officials knowingly offered false testimony to Congress, but that would seem difficult to prove, at present. 
    Lots of things happen at the Department of Justice each day, so a " I got mixed up defense' probably could work, in the short term at least. It would be difficult to prove these people knowingly gave false statements, on purpose, at this current juncture. 
    I suppose things could change. But I think there are more important matters then getting all bent out of shape over the hiring and firing of 8 U.S. attorneys, which are political appointees and can be hired and fired at any time for really any reason.</description>
