A lot to improve on, but off the top of my head…
1) Never tell them what you’re doing. Just do it.
2) If possible, have someone else do the videotaping; work in teams of at least two. If you piss one of them off and one of their lackeys “accidentally” bumps in to you, knocks the recording device out of your hands and steps on the tape… well, in this kind of conservative environment, you’ll find it difficult to find a witness that will tell the truth for you. I learned that at the George Allen event… Even with everything on film, George Allen’s wife felt confident enough to go on national tv and lie through her teeth…
3) Go for broke. If you have the choice of asking them a question like, say, “Have you ever used the word n*****?” and “Given the fact that a new report came out questioning the efficacy of abstinence only education, do you think the gov’t should continue to spend $200 million dollars a year on it?” - well, choose the first question. Either way, you’re only gonna get one question, if you’re lucky, so make it worth your effort.

That was ballsy.
The most disgusting display of sycophancy I’ve ever seen. Those grown men look like fawning 13 year-old girls at a boy band concert.
The other thing that gets to me is, how do these people in the auduence get past Grinch’s own actions to swallow his words? What makes him fool these people into distrusting their own BS sensors? I guess stupid is as stupid does?
College Republicans. You can lead a man to college, but you can’t make him think.

I have to salute you - Perhaps it’s a byproduct of your training as a Marine, but it just astounds me how you can place yourself in harm’s way (and, the George Allen incident notwithstanding as a more extreme case, they all amount to the same), in the manner you do. And you handle all the thugs & sycophants with grace and tact. Michael Moore should wish he could hold such civil discourse with any of those people for as long as you can (or, maybe it’s the lack of a full video crew standing behind you, I dunno).
Anyway I think you’re getting almost zero material compensation for your efforts but please know that your efforts are certainly appreciated! Keep on fighting the good fight -

Wow….two whole comments. It looks like your 15 minutes of fame are over. First you post a piece by failed talkshow host Jay Diamond, then you ambush a has-been politician. I think it’s very true that one man can make a difference. I don’t think you’re that guy.

I think I have three even BETTER questions:
Mr. Speaker, I have a two-part question for you relating to abstenance education….Thinking back to the numerous documented occasions when you have cheated on at least two of your wives by having sexual congress with someone other than your spouse, did you ever opt to exercise the responsible precution of using a condom during those sexual liasons?
If you did, can you please explain to the American people why you are working so fiercely to deny that basic level of knowledge of what options are available for protection from sexually transmitted disease or pregnancy from teenagers? Don’t you consider that after all, these kids are only following the fine example of leadership set by you and those like you who chose to cheat on their spouses by making THEIR personal choice, just like you, to be sexually active with multiple partners, just like you were?
As a follow-up, If your answer is that you did not exercise your right as an adult to use the protection of a condom on the many occasions that you found yourself cheating on your spouse(s), can you please explain to the American people why you would so carelessly endanger the health and safety of two people you love by exposing them both to the possibility of a potentially life-threatening STD infection by sleeping with multiple partners and NOT using condoms?

Nice work again. Any plans to do any interviews in Austin, TX? I, as well as others, would love to provide you with your own security if you do. Not to provoke confrontations, but at least we could keep the goon squads and “communications directors” off of you while you ask legitimate questions.

All of the above questions are great (if not a bit lengthy) but I think my question would have to be:
Mr. Gingrich, how do you justify having an another adulterous affair at the same time you were impeaching Pres. Clinton for the same behavior. and secondly, how do you justify this behavior while you also advocate smaller government getting out of people’s private affairs (pardon the pun).
of course they really don’t but what the hell? anyway, thanks for all you do, you really are a grassroots hero of mine!!
