It’s been a while…
Published by Mike Stark June 15th, 2007 in Uncategorizedbut Hannity is a tough nut to crack. He’s just unflappable.
I’ve had success in breaking down O’Reilly… and Limbaugh…
but Hannity… well, somehow, he just keeps playing the game.
Even when I held the “HANNITY SUCKS ASS” sign behind Alan Colmes on the tv show, Hannity laughed it off… so I dunno if I’ll ever be able to rattle this guy’s cage. But I’ll keep trying…

Actually, Christopher Hitchens managed quite well to keep Hannity in check during his interview on Faux Noise. Hannity loves to portray himself as a Xtian, but it simply is not true. If you haven’t seen this on Crooks&Liars, check it out. It’s a real beaut.

Hannity is such an effete bully.
“Are you angry”……………??? Are you kidding me? Sean, you are suffering a complete mental breakdown and have come unhinged, you have no fans in the reality based community, only fellow sufferers of mental illness, thanks for including the call from the nutjob.
Dont you love how the wingnuts have a TOTAL, COMPLETE break with reality, and can find minor issues to make MAJOR, all the while ignoring the fires burning down everything around them?
And Hannity says “no one is standing up to these guys”, man, he’d make Joeseph Goebels blush with this shit!
Mike, you do a great job in calling these charlatans onto the carpet.
Herr Sean is a gut American. He has der will, der power and der passion, to help Herr Bush remake the world into a pure one. His wisdom, his compassion, his nobility, are virtues to be truimphed and emulated and which we must never forget.
HEIL BUSH!
dang mike, had i known you were gonna call in, i woulda kept listening
i had switched over to the heil one when he started his rant, got bored after the first minute and then switched to npr.
hannity is going after everyone, its absolutely hilarious
btw, was the spending bill he was all pissed off about the same one that funded the troops?
and you are never gonna shake him mike
to this day, i cant understand how a simpleton like hannity makes it on the air
he is 3 hours of the same talking points over and over, without one serious intellectual thought
the kennedy amnesty bill? that is an absolute laffer….its all of sean’s buddys pushing that giant piece of trash, kennedy is just along for the ride.
and i really wish you had asked him about the money raised from those freedom concerts and where it really goes to….wasnt there some question about how much really reaches the families, compared to what goes to “educational programs” ?
but keep up the good work mike
Sean H. is a seminary school drop out who thinks that he is beyond reproach when it comes to religion and faith. He is at odds with the Catholic Church on many issues and go called out by a priest on the air.
Thats how you get to him.
I think a good sign for Vannity would be the following:
CONGRATS ON ANN AND YOUR CIVIL UNION. ALL THE BEST.
Hannity is a lantern jawed sasquach…
Mike:
I’m new to your site (I learned of you on CSPAN the other day where I saw you and a few others on a panel discussing the media). Regarding Hannity, he infuriates me more than any other of his kind. First and foremost, he shares the same requisite smug, self-righteousness as most wingnuts. I’ve found where he really excels is in his personalizing of everything. There seems to be no big picture for this guy. I saw him the other day (I watch Fox regularly to keep an eye on these people) and he was calling Huffington and Kennedy on the carpet for “hypocracy” because they’re stumping about the dangers of global warming yet they fly around in private jets instead of commercial flights. He addresses a huge issue and counters his opponents by pointing to thier travel arrangements. Last year I saw him with soldiers in Iraq asking how they felt about Liberals’ calls for an end to the war. He told them how disgusting and unfair it was for Americans to criticize the job these good fellows were doing. Again, a huge, complex issue gets distilled into a bunch of liberals slamming our troops. In both cases, the weakness and immaturity of his arguments are obvious, but you know damn well there are plenty of sorry, ignorant people out there saying “Yeah, that’s right, why can’t you guys take commercial flights ? - Yeah, why don’t you guys let our boys do what they’ve been trained to do?
This guy needs to be challenged to make a big-boys argument instead of these cheap, wimpy, emotional plays - challenge him to show you he’s not a pussy.
