This interview took place two Friday’s ago.

Things we learn:

  • Lieberman is “better looking” than Paris Hilton.
  • Hannity got in trouble with his friends for supporting Lieberman in his re-election (oh really?  I don’t remember Hannity saying much about Lieberman last fall…)
  • Lieberman likes being an independent
  • Lieberman says “playing to the public” “doesn’t get anything done”.  (I guess our politicians are supposed to serve…  uhm…  well, what?)
  • Since December, when Lieberman was last in Iraq, he’s seen a “dramatic difference”.  Now he could “move about Baghdad and Ramadi and Anbar province,” whereas in December, he had to stay in the Green Zone.
  • As we make progress through the surge, the bad guys are getting desperate.  That’s why we see the increased violence.
  • We’re “turning a corner”.  Things are even better now than when he wrote that famous editorial about the newly constructed satellite dishes.
  • Democratic rhetoric breaks Lieberman’s heart.  Reid’s “war is lost”, Hillary Clinton’s voting to take the bullets and armor away from the troops, Murtha and Kerry’s statements…  Outrageous!
  • Lieberman cannot guarantee that he will support the Democratic nominee for President.  He may very well be the Zell Miller of 2008.

Enjoy.

Read it….it’s in Sean’s contract….Proper manners dictate that whenever Hannity willingly bends over, drops trou, and submits to any politician for an afternoon quickie, said politician shall provide Sean with proper compensation in the form of a courtesy reach-around at the end of the intercourse by verbally assuring Sean that, although he is a total partisan political prostitute, he is somehow still a “great American”.

It’s kinda like telling a filthy crackhead whore that you had a really good time while sprinting for the bathroom to scrub the stank off your tool.

I listened to that interview live in my car. What struck me most was when Lieberman now claims that he had to stay in the Green Zone in December (2006) Yet if you go back to some of Lieberman’s comments prior to Dec. 2006, Lieberman portrayed it quite differently as if Iraq was Disneyworld.

Joe lied b/c he was expeditiously giving an answer he thought would justify “the surge” not realizing how he exposed himself as a cold blooded liar.

I hope the Republicans in Connecticut are enjoying every minute of our suffering… From presidential candidate to enjoying being an independant… argh!

Does Sean not realize that 90% of Americans realize he’s full of shit? I also realize that indulging in fantasy is foremost in importance from his actual base, but of those, how many really believe this guy? Maybe 10% of his listeners?

All the others just like feeding off his angry rants. When you are as disgraced, corrupt and broken as today’s GOP is, you have three choices:

    1) Jump ship and distance yourself from these criminals
    2) Support them and indulge yourself in the fantasy realm
    3) Become apathetic and tune out politics altogether

1 and 3 are the most popular choices, those who remain and are not directly benefitting from the high crimes and misdemeanors of the Bush Admin. are number 2, and of those, only a fraction ever likely really believe the delusions of either of these two.

Maybe a few years ago, but entering our fifth year in Iraq, their lies no longer are convincing to most dumbed down American adherents of their fantasy world depictions of life under the neoconservatives these two cling to like a baby does its mothers breast.

Hannity’s friends are pretty stupid then. There was no way that Republican candidate was going to win the election. The election was between Lieberman and Lamont. The other guy was a non-factor.
