Moron’s with a war on…. what is it about these people that make them so eager to continue throwing away human life in Iraq?
Why is he speaking in favor of 30% of Americans? The worst case scenario to the botched takeover of Iraq is………expanding it into Iran. This is insanity. What is wrong with politicians who speak for the 30% of Americans (so I’m told) who either favor, or approve, of the continuing escalation in Iraq.
The thinking people of Liebermann’s constituency must be embarrassed of this man, as I would if he was from Illinois (our local wag in Congress differs slightly from Fightin’ Joe…)

I’ve given up trying to understand Lieberman as anything more than a sock puppet for AIPAC. I’ve moved on to trying to understand what the good people of Connecticut were thinking.
On a totally unrelated note: Did you ever get that “little visit” from FOX security that Bill O’Reilly promised last year?
Wars are a crime against humanity. How can people be so cruel as to start wars and throw nations into chaos. Iraq is the greatest human tragedy after the world wars. A developing country rich in oil is in ruins now.More than 700,000 have died. 1.8 million Iraqis have been displaced to neighbouring countries, another 1.6 are displaced internally. There is a wide spread damage to infrastructure.Disease is rampant. 2000 doctors have been killed. How can people have access to health. We are all to be blamed for this destruction because we are quietly observing this destruction. What is this about attacking Iran. Have pity on people of the world. There should be sanity at least in the developed part of the world. This is not the age of Barbarism.

To understand liebermann, he is jewish and just like all the other jewish congressmen, senators, and cabinet members, his allegiance is really to israel whilst paying lip service to the patriotism of the US in order to secure a mercenary military for israel ala Iraq and possibly Iran. Wake up America.
I believe that Lieberman thinks he is protecting Israel by keeping the arabs busy with these wars. It was wrong for Hitler to have a war against the Jews, it is wrong for us to have a war for the Jews.
One war in Afghanistan, a second in Iraq and now he wants a third in Iran. The effect of these commitments on the US is like exponents. War to the Third power.

Lieberman wants to smash Iran because Israel wants to smash Iran. End of story. I have suggested to him by email that he should really move there and represent the Israelis, since he’s actually representing them here rather than his Connecticut constituents. The fact that I’m Jewish does not mean I approve of Israel’s policies or blindly regard any criticism of them as “anti-Semitism.” We should pull the plug on our monetary pipeline to that country until it begins to recognize its neighbors in the tradition of the Good Samaritan parable instead of Mosaic law, which defines “neighbors” as those like unto oneself.
Actually, I misspoke. We should insert a plug into that pipeline!
Leeb is a self-serving Grandstander–plain & simple. I have no problem with a differing opinion about how to proceed in the WOT–it’s in his presentation. He’s the worst kind of snake-oil salesman. Joe is one disgusting POS to me…with a whiner’s delivery!

As an American Jew, I hate to have to say this, but Senator Lieberman is just a stooge for the Israeli right wing. I was going to say “an Israeli stooge,” but there are in fact many many people in Israel who are liberal, even socialistic in their thinking.
As for O’Reilly, he’s the political equivalent of a shock jock. Anything that drives listeners to his radio show.
