Calling All Wingnuts

I’ve got a lot more coming tomorrow. Audio of miss manners cussing a blue streak (that’d be Malken)… Audio of Malkin and her panty-waste lackey, Brian Preston, chatting with me about the lack of recruiters… (that’s when I “came out” and announced myself - a true magic moment)… audio of me asking Duncan Hunter how old the earth is… asking Grover Norquist about tax fairness for the blue states - why we pay much more in taxes than we get back from the feds, but the red states pay much less in taxes than they take from the feds..

Anyway, I’ve got a lot of blogging to do, but I can’t ignore the fact that this too cost me money… The entire event cost me about $750 - $425 for the Diamond Pass, $150 for the rental car and gas, about $200 in incidentals… I’d love to recoup at least that much for the effort.

And the truth is, it is generally pretty easy to do that. In the last 2 days, 10,000 people have visited this site. Of course, 1/2 of them wouldn’t piss on me if I was on fire (LGF asshats), but that still leaves 5,000 people from the good guys… If 5% of y’all chipped in $20 each, that’d be $5,000…. That’d definitely keep me attending these things, exposing the hypocrisy and haters on the right…

So please consider using that PayPal tool on the right side tool bar. I love doing these things - they are a lot of fun for me - but the work has to be at least self-sustaining.

I repeated this sort of interview several times throughout the conference. I’d look for the most attractive college republican girls standing with their boyfriends. I always tried to do it when there was a group of six or eight - 3 or 4 couples…

Essentially the tactic was to approach the girls, say something self-deprecating about me being an old guy and not hitting on them - I’m not a pervert - (now they’re laughing) - but that, (and this part is true), of all the political conventions I’ve been to, the prettiest women were at this one. The beauty quotient really was impressive. Now that they are really warming up to me, I pounce.

Given the fact that these young women are so attractive, I thought it might help out the guys they are with if the girls shared with us what they found attractive in a “REAL” man…

[UPDATE]  Cenk, my boss at The Young Turks has decided he wants to use some of these clips on his Air America show next week.  This will be fun.

I stopped by their booth at CPAC’s exhibit hall and asked if they’d help me convince the Directors of CPAC to bring in military recruiters…
